1. Animation :
□ Animate, train, coach and support the client Advisors &
Tellers.
□ Set monthly visits plan for all the branches.
□ Develop the synergy between tellers and Customer Advisors.
□ Assure the good communication between the branches and
RETA, through feedback of the information collected from the
branches.
□ Optimize the sales results of the tellers and the account
managers.
2. Support & Analysis:
□ Participate in the development and the following up on the
action plan of the branches after the analysis of their strengths
and weaknesses.
□ Analyze the branches production Dashboard (Illustrative
report).
□ Detect and analyze the needs of training of the employees and
request the needed actions in collaboration with the
Responsible of Sales & animation Unit.
□ Assist in the organization and in the time management of the
branches.
□ Participate in the organization of challenges & campaigns.
□ Assure the good preparation of sales meetings.
3. Follow up :
□ Supervise, train and follow up on the Customer Advisors to
meet their objectives by:
√ The activities of Coaching especially for the newly assigned
employees.
√ Follow up on developing clients portfolios through providing
them with products especially inactive client
