Job Description Ensure an inclusive & timely achievement of country sales forecast through allocated resources (people & budget) while promoting company’s image and products. Contribute to the strategic planning for the Company’s sales team &enabling them to achieve sales objectives within Company’s overall strategy and goals. Monitor sufficient execution of settled action plans to ensure achievement of business plan objectives. Technical duties:Gathering, analyzing and evaluating important market data and different market trends. Identify new demands, market and territory development and competitor’s territorial activities. Analyze business potential in the assigned territory. Maintaining familiarity with different market segments, conditions and customers attitudes in assigned territory. Setting business plans for the assigned territory including setting qualitative and quantitative objectives, budget allocation Set objectives to ensure business priorities are in line with the territory business plan. Suggest new products within assigned territory according to market studies. Creating effective and efficient Sales plans. Ensure execution of marketing plans through designing proper action plans. Monitor field force implementation of action plans. Direct and monitor activities of the field force within assigned country to achieve established sales targets. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the assigned country. Coach Supervisors on the technical aspects of the organization’s products. Generation of prescriptions driving sales within assigned country Implementation of sales and marketing plan of action Ensure proper coverage of customers Accurate and updated customer database for assigned country. Setting department plans and programs as part of the division plan in order to achieve the division functional strategies. Controlling the financial performance of the department and keeping it within the set budget. Controlling the technical performance of the department and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision. Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions for achieving plans and programs which complies with the approved authorities and responsibilities. Handling orders, stocks and other issues with the agent(s) in the assigned territory.
