The Company offers the Telesales & Marketing Officer a challenging opportunity of joining an existing sales team for Electronic Document Management (EDM), Business Process Management (BPM) & Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
The Marketing Officer will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Define relevant market segments for the targeted vertical IT solutions.
2. Analyze contact databases to compile relevant contact lists for the targeted vertical IT solutions.
3. Conduct sales calls to selected organizations to qualify them as valid prospects.
4. Hand over qualified prospects to the Sales Officer who will work towards closing the sales cycle.
5. Prepare marketing materials and marketing campaigns with assistance from marketing firms.
6. Prepare newsletters covering company’s events, project accomplishments and products.
7. Prepare for participation in exhibitions and marketing events.
8. Administration and compilation of content of company’s website.
9. Receive and direct enquiries received on company’s info email to concerned sales staff.
