Support Aramex warehouses and customers with operational and system issues
Conduct logistics field audits
Ensure that standard operating procedures are up to date and followed in the warehouses and any customized operations are documented in customized SOPs
Provide system training
Manage the UAT (user acceptance testing) for new functionalities and reports to insure requirements are met before deployment
Ensure requirements are collected for WMS new functions, reports & enhancements initiated form both customers and stations and prioritize these projects with IT team
Make sure that the operational integration and new functions manuals are done for prior of projects completion
Review customer invoicing for stations to ensure its aligned with the standards
Handle Tenders from end to end including costing, building the proposals (technical and financial), preparing presentations etc….
Ensure the operations are meeting KPIs targets and contractual SLAs with the customers and devise corrective actions with the stations
