Main Tasks:
1. Applying the daily production plan & cooperation between different department.
2. follow-up and monitor all operations process ( preparation, setup of line, maintenance, lines cleaning & sanitation).
3. Monitor the production processes and adjusting the processes as needed.
4. planning for optimal use of available resource to achieve the production goal.
5. keeping record for all daily production data .
6. control and monitor the labor force performance/effectiveness ( attendance, absent, breaks, number of worker….etc.).
7. continuous improvement of overall products Quality.
8. Monitors quality of the products to insure that the product within the requested standards.
9. preparing studies or projects related to production department
