Responsibilities:
• Engineering:
o Review contract documents, scope of work, concept design, preliminary specifications and tender bulletins, bill of quantities, technical offer, technical clarification, list of deviation to the specifications, and list of deviation to the scope of work.
o Develop the GA drawing, layout, flow sheets and P&I diagrams for client review and approval.
o Develop technical specifications and final BOQ for the project equipment.
o Coordinate the engineering works such as civil, mechanical, electrical and automation between the equipment sub suppliers and client .
o Follow up approvals and revisions of engineering documents, technical submittals, ..etc. .
o Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
o Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving design problems.
• Procurement:
o Preparing RFQ for all equipment suppliers and sub-contractors.
o Communication with suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
o Study offers technically, and commercially, check compliance with project specifications; prepare purchase orders for all sub suppliers and subcontractors.
o Follow up manufacturing until material delivery to site.
