Junior QA and training officer is responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance of the agents in the contact center and give training to all staff employed within the contact center.
Duties and responsibilities :
• Setting Standard for the quality assurance and make report;
• Make and update the training material to give Training to the agent in the Contact Center;
• Coach the agents with bad performance and set up the action plan for them
• To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
• To maintain employee training records.
• To track and report on training outcomes .
