Senior QA and training officer is responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance of the agents in the contact center and give training to all staff employed within the contact center.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Setting Standard for the quality assurance and make report;
• Make and update the training material to give Training to the agent in the Contact Center;
• Coach the agents with bad performance and set up the action plan for them
• To carry out induction and probation training of staff.
• To be aware of new training practices.
• To assist in the evaluation of training and Staff Development.
• Planning, Development and delivery of training courses.
