We are currently looking for a Senior Orders Coordinator with the following Duties:
1- Receive and analyze Orders and issue foreign purchase orders.
2- To predict the prospective rules during any order execution and be well prepared with the suitable plans to deal with these risks or avoid.
3- Coordinate with foreign suppliers on production, shipping, delivery, payment, customs and so on.
4- Coordinate with accounting to issue and pay through transfers, LCs, CAD etc.
5- Collect best Offers from forwarders and clearance companies.
6- Coordinate and visit clients and verify delivery and receipt.
7- Follow up due payments from clients.
8- To evaluate regularly the clients, suppliers and shipping companies after each order execution in terms of easy handling and commitment in providing services in order to notify concerned engineers.
9- To supervise team members work and provide support when needed.
