- Participates in developing, implementing, monitoring and updating change management requirements, standards, norms and activities for the e-Gov program and its projects, including BPR, organizational review, training and knowledge transfer, customer satisfaction, awareness and promotion, in addition to communication planning and management.
- Participates in the reviews of vendors’ responses to ensure compliance with the Change Management standards.
- Works to promote and support awareness activities of e-Government program and communicates key messages.
- Content Management of the MoICT website, e-Government section and preparation of the Change Management related content in coordination with e-government team.
- Participates in promoting the e-Gov program and communicates its key messages. Organizes, participates and conducts events and presentations that contribute to raising awareness on e-Government and upon request from the e-government director.
