- Increase involvement of government entities in e-services provisioning. Increase e-services awareness, adoption and use, by running community outreach campaigns.
- Lead the implementation of E-Government projects to ensure that project timelines, deliverables and funds utilization targets are achieved .
- Maintain liaison with government entities where e-government projects are implemented, and building alliances base NGO’s and SG's entities.
- Overall management of all activities related to outsourcing and implementation of government projects, which includes RFP preparation, tendering, evaluation and contracting.
- Maintain online services quality and obtain excellence awards both locally and internationally.
- Realize direct and indirect financial Impact on each service delivered.
- Responsible for all bilingual content operations, planning content blue print, obtain usability and accessibility best practice. Designing meta-data map, publishing workflows, and version control.
- Responsible for all call center activities. Manage, design, and empower content of all delivery channels, WEB, WAP, IVR, and other innovative interactive delivery media .
- Ensures alignment of the e-Government Program with the national goals of MoICT.
