Job Overview/Summary:
The XB Finance and Budget Manager is a key position within Finance department which provides support to IRC programs implemented inside Syria. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day accounting operations/budgets and financial management functions are performed in accordance with IRC and country office policy and procedures, smooth implementation of XB cash SOPs, develop budgets and realignments for XB programs implemented inside Syria in very close coordination and cooperation with the IRC’s internal Finance staff, assess challenges, risks associated with the XB programs implementation and timely communicate issue to FC . The Finance Manager will work in close collaboration with staff in the Program teams, the Grants and Finance teams. This position reports directly to the Finance Controller, with an indirect reporting line to the Deputy Finance Controller.
