Job Purpose:
- Responsible for growing business, drives sales performance to achieve sales targets, management of new & existing customers in the assigned portfolio, ensuring superior execution of sales & service processes/activities & internal standards especially customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Establish direct contact and strong collaboration clients and potential customers to ensure achievement of Sales target and profitability.
• Guarantee high quality of internal administration, filing and traceability of all orders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Operational:
• Develop and execute a sales plan and customers coverage plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets Through the implementation of determined action plans.
• Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
• Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy
• Act as a professional advisor and assume leadership role between GFL and its customers to ensure that Company’s corporate image is maintained and, in so doing, derive maximum value from existing business
• Write visit reports and periodic sales and market reports.
• Ensure appropriate communication channels with customers.
• Follow up on Department's staff performance.
• Monitor and follow up on stock availability and warehouses.
• Follow upon the implementation of bids and procurement of big accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
