Job Purpose:
The Relationship Manager Position is responsible to develop and manage lending relationships in the MSE segment driven through Product Program based lending. The Relationship Manager will handle & service business and individual loans, manage assigned portfolio through creation, development and maintenance of high quality advisory relationships that includes effective consultative and creative management on financial solutions.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Achieving the objectives set by the unit through the business center.
• Manage and develop the relationship with the company’s existing and targeted customers, and to identify their financing needs and offer the products and services provided by the company.
• Visit customers and fill orders according to the sequence followed.
• Receiving funding requests and ensuring that they are fully mobilized, providing all the basic information about the client and assisting them in all aspects of the process of obtaining financing, including preparation of applications for funding, submission of completed applications and evaluation reports for the unit manager.
• Conduct financial assessment and analysis of credit, risk and customer personality.
• Conducting an assessment of the risks and the personality of the client and preparing the report and financial and credit analysis of the client and his project and making appropriate recommendations according to policies and procedures.
• Conducting field visits to clients after giving the funding to evaluate the appropriate use of loans and submitting reports to the unit manager.
• Follow up customers' payment of their outstanding payments by checking payments on the Payment Tracking System.
• To investigate and solve the problems of late and troubled funds and to follow up and monitor his portfolio to ascertain the rate of repayment and to visit customers periodically to review the project operations and identify the potential problems and the preparation of reports and submitted to the Director of the Unit .
• Promotion and marketing of MSE products for all existing and targeted customers.
