A prestigious non-profit organization in Jordan in the academic sector is looking for a Program Manager to join their team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Work closely with the team and partners to plan, design and implement network activities.
2. Work closely with the team and partners to revise and enhance schools’ networks implementation strategies
3. Maintain ongoing dialogue among the assigned network(s) (the network) team members and support their work to ensure effective implementation and full collaboration and coordination among them in all aspects of the network programs.
4. Work closely with the network team to review the program implementation and its impact, discuss any arising problems or issues and suggest and implement the appropriate solutions.
5. Work with the network team and partners to develop selection criteria, protocols, templates and datasheets for the network program.
6. Assist in school selection process including school visits, interviews, collecting baseline information and preparing relevant reports
7. Oversee the network program implementation and explore and implement strategies to enhance its implementation.
8. Work closely with the team and partners to develop and enhance the network support strategy.
9. Proofread the translation of the networks’ training materials / translating the training materials and prepare the training booklets and presentations in Arabic.
10. Facilitate and lead training workshops as assigned by the workshop lead trainers.
11. Monitor the school / teacher implementation and provide onsite support to network teachers and school principals
12. Explore strategies to support and promote effective teacher learning communities in network schools.
13. Plan, design and lead the network meetings in collaboration and active participation of the network team.
14. Assist in planning, designing, developing and implementing other activities such as teacher conferences, round tables.
15. Help in preparing promotional materials
16. Compile and share with other network teams the lessons learned and effective network strategies and practices.
17. Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports relating to his/her job and submit them to the direct supervisor.
