WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- Launch the Jordan office with the support from top management
- Create launch plan including new hires, sales strategy and new business generation
- Lead by example and be on the phone selling to our target audience
- Managing day to day sales tasks of team members including closing, pitch updates, etc
- Mentor and train senior sales executives on account management and closing
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Provide feedback to sales director on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of our market, our competitors, and other economic indicators to steer nurturing programs
- Keep detailed notes on relationships and customer interactions
- Provide forecasts on expected sales volumes over relevant time periods and buying processes of key accounts
- Provide input to production on things that need to be improved, and marketing to plan and execute campaigns
- Travel to events to ensure customer satisfaction and pitch clients on site for re-bookings
