Scope of Work/Work Assignments:
- Develop, maintain and execute a timely work action plan reflecting the main millstones, main used tools, and execution methodology.
- The work action plan to source, trigger and map FOCCEC potential donors (Private sector and NOG) for a long-term partnership, enhance credibility, and development.
- Ensure the timely work action plan are established and aligned with FOCCEC Analysis of HIV Expenditures in Jordan and Domestic Resource Mobilizationwhich the achievement of can be regularly evaluated; analysis is undertaken to continuously improve the effectiveness of the timely work action plan and RM strategy and activities; results and reports are prepared and shared.
- Engage with current and new donors, to build strategic partnerships. Participate in donor coordination meetings; contribute in negotiations for donor agreements.
- Working closely the technical staff to monitor donor stewardship (implementation rates, etc.) and ensure that activities and expenditures are aligned with the terms and conditions set out in individual donor agreements.
- Evaluate, Draft, review, and provide quality assurance for technical donor reports, proposals, modification requests, and any other type of fundraising documents and ensure their timely submission.
- Propose and implement Income generating projects
- Develop donor calendar announcements sheet, reflecting yearly grants date announcements and call for proposal.
- Coordinate and follow up on questions.
- Undertake lessons learned review of successful and unsuccessful experiences and share observations/findings so that best practices benefit.
Consultant deliverables
The following will be the expected deliverables of the consultant; the consultant can work remotely of FOCCEC office:
- Resource mobilization Tool used by FOCCEC for sake Resources.
- List of the organizations will be visited within consultancy period, as well MOM of each meeting and visit
- Partnership agreements with donors who will sponsor FOCCEC with any type of Resources such as (financial, materials, volunteers, consultations,).
- Supported documents for the resources granted to FOCCEC as a result of the consultancy
- Calendar announcements sheet, reflecting yearly grants date announcements and call for proposal
- Concept note for the income-generating projects and action plan for the implementation of these projects.
