- Answer and reply to users' support calls, emails, tickets
- Procure hardware based on the organization's policy.
- Prepare Windows, Linux, macOS end-user devices manually and using image solutions.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and related services and tools.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day end-user issues in all software stacks, Like MS office 365, Network, and phone systems.
- Troubleshoot Networks issues and services like DHCP, DNS, Firewalls in general.
- Keep frequent checks and updates for all organization devices.
- Assess new software stack and escalate solutions with management.
- Manage backups and recovery for users.
- Maintain support for remote users.
- Maintain and perform audits on hardware/software inventory.
- Understand windows server 2012 active directory infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 2012 Server active directory environment and services like DHCP, DNS, Group policies, Replication, providing Level L2/L3 support in Active Directory issues.
- Understand and manage ISP internet connections.
