- Provide overall leadership to Pre-sales team, support all the sales solutions, proposals, provide technical advice, and strategy to customers and the Sales Team to deliver continued growth within the Business
- Team-up with OpCo sales teams and Business development specialists (as part of Professional Services) in sales development activities.
- Prepare proposal with technical/ functional requirements including costing and pricing estimates.
- Analyze RFPs/ RFQs from a technical feasibility point of view and define plan/ approach to acquire customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage all presales activities including the alignment of presales representative with the customer account sales representative.
- Understand customers business and technical requirements and develop high level solution design.
- Lead the development of Proof-of-Concept initiatives with prospective clients.
- Responsible to deliver product demos to customers in alignment with the sales teams.
- Own, implement and sustain Presales-specific processes and policies with accountability, interface with other functions for process and policy enhancements and compliance.
- Ensure presales performance targets are clearly defined and adequately tracked and reported.
- Interact regularly with the sales and presales division, technology vendors and partners.
