The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects and new accounts ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals in
line with the client requirement and account specifications.
Financial:
- Manages and be responsible for the project budget.
- Identifies resources needed for the project
and optimally manage funds.
Customer:
- Acts as a contact person with the customer
to manage day-to-day interaction for achieving client expectations Caters client's project related needs and requirements.
- Ensures to resolve issues within minimum time to enhance customer relationship.
- Assists marketing in presales activities Internal process :Manages the project throughout the five process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Monitoring, and Closing Manages Project Integration, Project Scope, Project Time, Project Cost, Project Quality, Project Human Resource, Project Communications, Project Risk, and Project Procurement Plans daily, weekly, monthly and annually activities.
- Organizes work schedules based on priorities.
- Controls resources as per work requirements.
- Monitors resources and performance of the team.
- Tracks project milestones and deliverables.
- Creates and executes project work plans, revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Ensures quality assurance of all deliverables to the customer Works with the business users, understands their needs and translates those needs to the final project deliverables.
- Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Assigns individual responsibilities within the team and manage team timings.
- Resolves issues and conflict within the team.
- Provides assistance in developing communication, risk management, plans and metrics.
- Handles project progress reporting to the clients (e.g., status reports, project plans and budget).
- Determines the frequency & content of status reports from the project team, analyzes results, & troubleshoots problem areas ensure compliance with international (ISO27001) and local standards and regulatory laws and rules Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
- Trains/coordinates with the function managers to train subordinates and develop their knowledge and competencies.
- Shares all types of knowledge with different team members develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
