• Building Relations with Media
• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
• Arranging press conferences, events, job fairs and inaugurals
• Apply for guests VISA Applications
• Responsible to update and cancellation of visit visas for request by HR Department.
• Regularly checks on the status of overstay visitor and clears the Air Arabia visa status
• Issue and follows up on the work permits on the with regards to new labor law/rules/policies and communicates it to the Department.
• Maintaining strong relations with Jordanian governmental bodies.
• Provide the company with medical Insurance studies and offers on semiannually basis
• Recruitment portals follow up
• Make deals with hotels, and get our employee’s benefits via competitive offers
• Ensures the company’s official trade licenses are renewed in time.
• Carries on other responsibilities as and when required.
