- Answer the phone and take accurate messages.
- Ensure an up to date telephone list is kept.
- Dispatch all documents arriving in the office, send all documents when asked.
- Check and dispatch mail, letters, memos to relevant persons.
- Ensure that the office machine (printer/photocopier) is full and functioning.
- Make copies or scans of documents when requested.
- In coordination with the purchaser make sure that all needed office stationaries and supplies are available.
- Translation of documents as asked by the management team (Log Admin and PC)
- When requested provide verbal interpretation English /Arabic and vice-versa.
- Filing of documents (documentation for the Log Admin team and PC).
- welcome all visitors, collect information papers and announce them.
- Do any typing requested by Log Admin team and PC.
- Schedule meetings, helps in the arrangement of trainings and recruitment days & Prepares the meeting room.
- Organize travels and check the accommodation’s organization for the expats staff.
