FUNCTIONS
• Participate in the analysis of key results from assessments, focus group discussion results, and existing documentation to support the development of DT and WG work plans;
• Co-develop an informed agenda for DT and WGs, including establishing key deliverables and action points for each meeting;
• Assist in the design of DT and WG facilitation materials as needed, including presentations, handouts, and exercises;
• Facilitate each DT and WG, ensuring action points and deliverables are met by the end of the meeting;
• Lead on the translation and analysis of DT and WG meeting results for the project’s objectives;
• Follow-up with DT and WG participants as needed to ensure their full participation and assistance in meeting any responsibility they have been assigned;
• Organise logistics for dialogue tables and working groups, including liaising with participants, securing the venue, and ensuring refreshments are provided.
• Ensure the DT and WGs are implemented in a way that meets or exceeds standards set by DRC and ACTED;
• Support in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation efforts during the DT and WGs;
• Support continual improvement of WG and DTs by capturing and sharing key challenges, articulating obstacles and proposed solutions, and identifying success stories to highlight.
