Scope:
As a member of a Corporate HR Function of a conglomerate of comanies, the incumbent is required to fully and effectively manage the recruitment processes and resources in a fast-pace and busy environement while ensuring the Group's guiding principals as an equal opportunity employer are adhered to. The incumbent will also be responsible for Talent Aquisition and Manpower planning.
Education & Qualifications:
- BSc. In Business Administration or equivalent.
- Higher Education especially in Human Resources Management is a plus.
Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources with a proven record of Recruitment experience.
Languages:
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
