Summary:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Officer supports and coordinates monitoring and evaluation activities cross the SES II program. The M&E Senior Officer works closely with all SES II groups and units to ensure accurate complete M&E reporting for the program.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute training to staff on the PMP, survey data collection methodology, and data quality management, including sensitivity to gender and vulnerable groups.
• Utilize phone surveys for data collection.
• Use smartphone communication technology for data collection and surveys.
• Utilize GPS enabled photos for tracking remotely implemented humanitarian assistance.
• Manage and improve a database that tracks performance indicators, outcomes, and outputs for the donor.
• Integrate CMORE into the M&E system.
• Compile and disaggregate data for analytical reports, weekly reports, quarterly reports, and annual reports.
• Conduct SWOT analysis with program operations team.
• Ensure accountability and compliance of the SES program.
• Update the ART SES database biweekly and monthly.
• Manage an M&E team of officers, assistants, surveyors, and volunteers.
