Key Accountabilities *Provide a generalist HR service covering all areas of HR, assisting in the high performance and development of the organisation and individual staff members. *Provide support and advice to managers in the implementation of employment related training activities and training development for the organization for all staff. *Work alone or with other staff members and external partners to design, develop and deliver effective training interventions fit for the organisation's purposes, ensuring increased productivity, growth and employee retention. *Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators. *Assist in the payroll process, ensuring staff are paid correctly and on time.
