Summary:
The Logistics Officer assists the Grants and Procurement Manager to maintain tracking tools for all major grants and procurement activities and to provide administrative management support to the Grants and Procurement functions.
Job Function/ Description:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Maintain and update logistics tracking sheet on a daily basis.
• Responsible for sending fleet tracking sheet to programs on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for filing all the logistics documents.
• Assist the finance department/Programs in any documentation relevant to departments operations.
• Assist the Grants and Procurement manager in organizing program events and conferences.
• Handle government related issues (visas, residency and work permits).
• Manage drivers on day to day basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
