Job Summary :
Planning and implementing Human Resources strategies, policies, and systems such as recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, development and training, career path planning, manpower planning…etc, in order to maintain and develop the most valuable resource of the company, to achieve goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Duties:
- Cascading the set strategies, policies and objectives by setting short and long term plans and providing the required resources for implementation of those plans.
- Setting plans and programs that strive to improve the effectiveness of the Section.
- Monitoring the technical performance of the section and following up on the set Key Performance Indicators.
Technical Duties

- Formulating human resources and personnel policies and procedures and ensuring their compliance with the work laws.
- Supervising all tasks related to personnel activities such as vacations, leaves, inserting and amending salaries on the system, medical and health insurance, employees' attendance… etc.
- Designing a comprehensive Human Resources program for the purpose of increasing employees' qualifications and job satisfaction.
- Managing the implementation of training policies and programs through setting policies to conduct needs analysis studies, assessing the training vendors and evaluating benefits on the employees' performance.
- Controlling all activities related to recruitment and selection and ensuring its effectiveness in attracting competent people to work at the company.
- Forming a succession plan for all times and ensuring its effectives in maintaining knowledge and expertise inside the company.
- Supervising manpower planning at the beginning of each fiscal year and working to achieve the expectation of fulfilling vacant jobs at time.
- Coordinating with the administration section regarding all tasks related to the employees such as the accommodation, transportation, travel arrangements, hotel reservations, tickets... etc.
- Managing the development of organizational culture and climate in which employees have the competency, concern, and commitment to serve clients.
- Analyzing, maintaining, and communicating records required by law or local governing bodies or other entities at the company.
- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with labor laws.
- Issuing internal memos, circulars, and other papers related to employees like the warning letters and salary increase letter …etc.
General Administrative Duties:
- Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.
- Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
