1- Develop techniques to increase clients’ data base for TGF.
2- Maintain and follow up on customer relations enhancing the operations of the company
3- Follow up and implement high quality CRM services.
4- Follow up on the Sales and after sales CRM daily procedures and assures compliance with TGF standards.
5- Follow up on CRM daily reports and complaints and assure information collected is handled and delivered to the right concerned parties.
6- Follow up on complaint management process via required systems, and ensures proper handling of all internal procedures and archiving of clients remarks for future use.
7- Coordinate and communicate complaints received by clients to all concerned department and assure follow up through the pre-defined channels.
8- Analyse CSI reports and deliver to the concerned parties.
9- Follow up on the call centre daily procedures to ensure proper implementation of Company's standards.
10- Conduct analysis regarding customer relationship management to ensure achieving customer satisfaction.
11- Follow up and maintain a strong rapport with customers from all segments.
12- Constant follow up on Data base information and updates.
