Job Purpose:
Responsible for handling and realizing HR Training & Development -related projects & tasks that aim to improve organizational performance, operations and work experience.
Responsibilities:
Support training activities
Manage training logistics on time with all stakeholder
Handle training evaluation database and provide accurate and on time reports
Conduct reference check activities once needed
Manage approval cycles for related training and travel activities on time and follow up with approval cycle members until forms are completed
Manage invoice settlement within defined deadline and update vendors
Support in providing accurate and on time reports and manage database
Support assessment center activities
Support in arranging internal assessment activities and openings
Manage database updates and keep up to date accurate date
Handle hard and soft copies assessment data and keep it up to date
Support in performance management cycles
Follow up with related parties on the probation period objectives forms gathering and update database
Support in performance appraisal cycle
Handle university trainees cycle and other requests
Handle the approval cycle of trainee requests within defined deadline - 5 working days
Issue approval and experience letters within defined deadline - 5 working days
Manage survey requests and visits as per procedure and within defined deadline - 5 working days
Support other activities and projects
Support other projects on demand
