The Country Director (CD) will be responsible for the successful implementation of IM’s programme work. CD will have the overall responsibility for the operational and strategic planning, country budget, partner portfolio and development of work in Jordan. CD will manage a small and dedicated team and should have excellent team-building, interpersonal and communication skills. In addition CD is expected to work actively with resource mobilisation and possible portfolio expansion and will manage the portfolio of two Jordanian partners.
