Job Summary:
The primary duty for the Human Resources Section Head is providing support across the different areas of human resources functions, in addition to assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
The work is performed under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. This job requires the HR Section Head manager to maintain effective working relationships with other AMC employees, Business Partners, Tenants, job applicants and customers throughout the mall. It is required that the incumbent has a significant role in providing analysis of the policies and procedures in the multiple disciplines of human resources to include: recruitment, compensation, testing, and training, and performs a wide variety of highly responsible professional generalist duties in the areas of recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, employee development and training, and/or other personnel/human resources functions.
Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
The following duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature of work rather being exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.

• Assist and participates in the day-to-day activities of several functional areas of the human resource management program; assist in managing the design and implementation of employee recruitment and selection programs, including outreach recruitment, development of recruitment materials, screening of applicants for qualifications, design and administration of job-related selection procedures and the conduct of background and reference checks.
• Assist in the Development of AMC’s policy, procedure, and strategic plans.
• Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
• Maintains compliance with Ministry of Labor and applicable laws and regulations related to employment.
• Evaluates the performance of assigned staff; establishes performance requirements and personal development targets; regularly monitors performance and provides coaching for performance improvement and development; recommends compensation and provides other rewards to recognize performance.
• Coordinates and communicates with other employees and departments to accomplish tasks and organizational goals.
• Participation in a wide variety of Human Resources projects and performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Counsel and coach employees concerning AMC policies and practices.
• Analyze disciplinary and merit pay recommendations from supervisors.
• Analyze and prepare recommendations on a variety of Human Resources issues including turnover, wage and benefit plans, job evaluations, and comparative surveys.
• Coach employees to reinforce safe workplace practices.
• Supports the company’s corporate social responsibility programs CSR.
• Assist and participates in the investigation of employee complaints then prepares a variety of reports, findings and recommendations to address issues identified.
• Assist in consulting with employees and their representatives to identify and resolve employee/employer-related problems and issues; resolves or assists in the resolution of disputes.
• Substitutes during absences of Human Resources Manager.
