A well-established Trading company in Amman that offer a wide range of products and services to heavy industry market sectors supported by an array of strong technical engineers and advisors is currently looking for a " Projects Engineer- Industrial Automation and Control Engineer " as per the following:
Job requirements:
1- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
2- 5+ years of experience in the automation industry
Main job duties/responsibilities are:
Electrical
1- Develop electrical design, schematics and drawings in AutoCAD.
2- Interpret mechanical design drawings for electrical requirements.
3- Develop electrical bill of materials.
4- Power up electrical systems and configure hardware per application specifications.
Automation and Control:
1- Understand the automation and control needs in each project and develop suitable solution to control different mechanical and electrical systems and integrate them in one control system.
2- Integrate the developed control system with the existing / plant control system.
3- Understand the different communication modes (hardware and software) between different control panels / systems.
4- Understand client requirements for GUI/communication interface, networking and create specifications based on these requirements.
5- Understand the different control solution and systems applied in the industry such as PLC, DCS, SCADA, etc.
