The incumbent Software Developer must be a highly qualified information management professional with a specialization in web-based software development using Java technologies and/or Android application development. Duties will be assigned including technical support and development tasks with a direct reporting relationship to the Information & Data Management Officer and a technical reporting to the IRD Development team. The incumbent must be able to work in this dynamic with dual reporting chains (program and technical).
