Work within the corporate customer service team to design, develop and implement customer experience initiatives in Aramex.
Initiatives could include, but not limited to: customer surveys, mystery shopping, customer service excellence certifications, customer complaints and communication systems monitoring, point of sale and queue system development and monitoring, as well as special projects.
Responsibilities include:
Understanding the customer experience ecosystem at Aramex
Consistently monitoring and tracking performance of local units and ensuring compliance to standards
Contributing to the development of tools, systems, policies and procedures
Tracking traffic trends and conducting capacity planning and staffing studies
Implementing new initiatives with local units
Conducting training for local units
Collaborating with other Aramex teams to implement customer experience initiatives
