1. Portfolio Management:
- Validate requested transactions according to authorizations and instructions.
- Assist RM in preparing proposals & notes of excesses, renewals and increases.
2. Administrative Follow up:
- Follow up daily operations:
√ Expiry dates of facilities/limits.
√ Issue instructions of installment/invoices settlements, accounts and interest covering according to RM’s authorizations.
√ Support the RMs in monitoring
accounts turnover, limits authorizations and utilizations.
√ Guarantees Reevaluation and coordination with expertise.
√ Fulfill all the requested documents of Accounts Opening / facilities’
renewals/increase from the clients, contracts preparing.
√ Handle banking documents and files for Corporate Clients
(Trade Finance, vouchers …) as per requirements and upon request.
√ Ensure the delivery of transactions advices to Corporate Clients
(i.e.: exchange, transfers …)
as per requirements and upon request.
√ Control over the Reversal of Interests & Commission.
- Follow& Execute Credit Committees Decisions:
√ Credit Files approvals & executions with other
departments.
√ Contact the client for renewals with coordination with the
concerned RM.
√ Prepare Corporate Clients Contracts with coordination with
the Legal Department.
- Preparation & Follow up of :
√ Operational Risk Report
√ Permanent Supervision
√ Certificates of debit interests and commissions for the corporate clients and controlling the bank’s fees and commissions taken.
√ Debit & Credit interests’ rates
3. Commercial:
- Answer to Corporate Customers requests, inquiries and phone calls.
- Replace RM in case of the latter absence.
