Supply:
-End responsible, in close collaboration with the logistics coordinator, for the implementation of the mission’s supply policy.
- End responsible, in close coordination with the Irbid medical team and the logistics coordinator in Amman, for the supply chain processes and systems. This includes order and stock management (including cold chain) and purchase and procurement management.
- End responsible for accurate supply administration. Ensuring that accurate and updated information on stocks (expiry dates, stock levels, pipelines and lead times) are kept, in order to ensure availability of all medical and non-medical
materials and related services under optimal conditions.
-End responsible for the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the (ERP) supply chain management system (Unifield).
-Supervise the storage, packing and management of stocks, analyse the stock with focus on possible ruptures, excess stocks, expiring stocks and proactively provide solutions in line with the supply policies and procedures.
- Oversee the conditions of acceptance of all cargo arriving in the project and the organization (including packing and documentation) of the shipping in order to ensure goods arrive in good order and condition.
HR/Admin:
- End responsible, in close coordination with the PC and HR Coordinator in Amman, for ensuring that internal rules and regulations are followed and all HR procedures are carried out in accordance to them.
-Coordinate and supervise the HR administrative and logistic processes of the international staff of the project (end of contract, accommodation, extension of mission, early return, etc.) in order to ensure an efficient staff sizing and facilitation of their reception.
- Plan and supervise the implementation of HR associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required and to improve people capabilities
- Coordinate and supervise procedures for payroll, controlling the payment of overtime, holiday payments, as well as developing leave overview and closing the monthly payroll to meet the legal requirements
-Manage administrative contracts of the project, in particular MoUs, rent of properties (follow-up of contract dates, payments and contact with the contractors)
- Manage and oversee the food and housing conditions of international staff visiting or living in the project.
Finance :
- Supervise finance related activities, in close coordination with the Finance Coordinator in Amman, and in accordance with the MSF purchasing and payment procedures for the mission, anticipating short term needs, preparing monthly money request, the cash management processes in order to ensure liquidity needs and an accurate handle.
- Ensure proper management of MSF bank account in the project including the supervision of the day to day issue of bank and cheque payments, records in the bank books and the monthly bank reconciliation.
- In close coordination with the Finance Coordinator ensure the implementation of MSF financial guidelines, valid authorization table and ensure accountability and monthly reporting activities.
Technical Logistics :
-End responsible, in close collaboration with the logistics coordinator, for the implementation of the mission’s policies in regards to technical logistics.
- To ensure timely and efficient support in installation, maintenance and rehabilitation works in the project site are provided.
- Perform first- line support tasks for project ICT Equipment and infrastructure.
-Supervise the management of vehicles and movements.
- Management and implementation of security and safety regulations and procedures for MSF premises and property, in accordance with the local security plan/SOP.
*** Six months contract will be converted into unlimited contract based on the performance.
*** Basic Salary is 1943 JOD.
