1. Screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests and handling/directing them efficiently.
2. Maintaining the two reception desks on rotation basis.
3. Greeting and welcoming visitors and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
4. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and mail.
5. Responsible for distributing circulars, invitations and other documents to RFC staff.
6. Responsible for arranging and following-up on the distribution of greeting cards.
7. Ordering Business Cards for staff.
8. Responsible for mail and packages sent by Aramex and FedEx or any other courier.
9. Responsible for all bookings of the meeting rooms.
10. Responsible for maintaining electronic records of RFC vehicle as well as filing all relevant documents.
11. Dealing with the insurance company.
12. Responsible for maintaining signature books and reference books.
13. Drafting correspondence/letters as requested.
14. Responsible for booking hotels, car rentals, and restaurants, and responsible for providing
assistance in all related logistics during workshops and events and when required.
15. Booking and responsible for obtaining quotations for airline tickets.
16. Maintain all office files and records whether electronic or in paper.
17. Arrange for and follow-up on all requests and office supplies, stationery, and any other related items.
Any other tasks requested by supervisor.
