1. Management & Animation:
o Track & analyze regularly branches performance to achieve pre-decided branch targets.
o Manage effectively customers’ portfolio and its distribution on branch’s staff (including his own portfolio).
o Assure to have good Quality and service at branch.
o Manage effectively all elements inside the branch related to staff in terms of staff planning, training, motivation…, in order to enhance staff productivity.
o Animate, train and supervise members of the team.
o Organize a weekly staff meeting.
o Send minutes of meeting to RETA Department.
o Transactions & files approval within the authorizations limits.
2. Commercial :
o Maintain and develop clients' portfolios in order to meet the branch's target.
o Attract new clients for the branch.
o Process the validation of all excesses within the authorized limits.
o Follow up Credit interest rates/amounts on daily basis.
o Monitor the process of L/C’s & L/G’s and approving these transactions within the authorized limits.
o Establish a business plan.
o To be Acquainted with the high networth, professional and commercial clients of his branch.
o Check and sign all applications concerning customer service transactions (i.e accounts opening, closing, modifications, loans, etc…).
3. Risks:
o Control the follow up of the unpaid due amounts with the members of his team (Each for his own portfolio).
o Follow up of the unpaid due amounts for his own portfolio.
o Control & follow up on inactive & dormant accounts. (according to the assigned portfolio).
o Responsible for the supervision of implementing permanent supervision instructions.
