Role:
Effectively supervise the whole production operations and related aspects and cooperate with the team to safely produce finished goods to meet sales and marketing demands that is consistently within quality, control and cost targets
Accountabilities:
- Leads all the production activities of production lines
- Shares production management in developing targets and action plans for production lines.
- Conducts safety, sustainability, AIBI and control self assessments weekly.
- Coaches the team members in an improvement process.
- Consults with interdepartmental resources concerning problems, which are affecting lines productivity and takes corrective action.
- Assists in staffing development and setting skill building plans for lines that directly links to delivering yearly annual operating plan (AOP).
- Shares lines performance with all related parties and suggests action plans to improve lines key performance indicators (KPIs) on weekly bases.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree In Engineering / Relative fields.- 3:5 years of experience- Good knowledge of production operations.- Good knowledge of computer usage.- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.- Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility.- Drive for results.- Analytical approach to bring them into results
