• Orient new patients on MSF and specifically the Irbid project, the clinic facilities and services.
• Liaise with other NGOs, UN agencies, CBOs and/or local authorities regarding humanitarian.
• Participate in various coordination field meetings.
• Follow up on the humanitarian referral outcomes of our patients.
• Collect information from patients on their background, current situation, main protection challenges, access to healthcare and other services and plans for the future.
• Liaise with communities focusing on Syrian refugees, unregistered Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians to provide orientation about MSF and the services provided and contribute to identify special needs.
• Coordinate as focal point for external communication visits (as requested by PC).
• Report all arising issues regarding above mentioned tasks to the supervisor.
• Liaise with the PC/HAO regarding sensitive information/issues arising.
