Duties and Responsibilities :
- Reviewing the work plan for assigned staff; assigning work activities, and inspecting quality of bakery products
- Continuously communicating with operators within the production to ensure that schedules are met properly
- Reporting and troubleshoot the irregular operation and evaluating staff performances and capability
- Preparing production schedules and coordinating production activities in order to execute the production plans in a timely manner.
- Overseeing the maintaining of cleanliness and appearance of baskets in plants to ensure their compliance with the standards.
- Identifying problems and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions in order to minimize malfunctioning in the related field of specialty.
- Studying production order to determine the type and quantity of packaging material and containers to be used.
