- Areas of Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Commits to OFFTEC vision, mission, core values and purpose.
- Follow up on product updates.
- Manage product vendor relationship.
- Gain certificates related to the implementation and support of the product.
- Supervises and assists in implementation of products at customer sites.
- Assist sales team by preparing presentations and demonstrations for new costumers.
- Assist technical support officers and site engineers in troubleshooting / resolving costumer concerns on telephone or on site.
- Record the complaints & allocate number for future communication.
- Keep track of costumer concerns, so as to inform / update costumer data.
- Report summary of all user complaints to Technical Team Leader.
- Install, configure Hardware, application software and internet set up required by customers.
- Coordinates network installations of software & hardware.
- Carries out routine configuration/ installation and reconfiguration of network systems, hardware and software, to ensure smooth performance of networks at customer sites.
- Implements, installs, tests, and troubleshoots of any new networks at customer sites.
- Ensures all equipment complies with industry standards.
- Installs and configures hardware at customer site and provides reports requested by OFFTEC.
