· Identifies new markets, increases sales volume, maintains, and enhances customer relations and satisfaction
· Sets personal vision, target, and growth plan
· Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
· Plans, develops, and Implements sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts by facilitating a weekly department meeting
· Generates new business and services existing closed accounts through extensive telemarketing and field sales activities
· Maximizes and drives existing customer satisfaction by maintaining professional after sales customer relationship (follow up)
· Identifies sales prospects, contacts, visits and follows up on deals / services to current and potential customers
· Promotes products through professional presentation and demonstration to current / potential customers
· Visits and follows up on large accounts (closed accounts) as assigned by direct supervisor
· Identifies and resolves customers concern, as assigned by direct supervisor
· Creates and presents custom demonstrations and products presentations when required, by coordinating the time and place directly with OFFTEC’s Technical Department or / and Customer Support Center (depending on the product)
· Negotiates initial prices and credit term, to prepare, admit and submit proposals and bids
· Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
· Meets clients and present services to maintain up-to-date customer needs knowledge
· Elevates company into a position of strategic advisor to its customers in terms of business alignment to technology
· Meets or delivers under tight deadlines to successfully achieve pre-designated targets
· Engages directly with customers on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior service
· Interacts directly with key engineering support personnel when needed to resolve issues
· Maintains loyalty from existing customers through regular need analysis visits, manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up
· Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
· Prepares and delivers the delivery form to the Customer Support Center to activate and maintain contract services
· Interfaces with direct manager to revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
· Communicates clearly and directly with direct manager concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability
· Facilitates semiannual meetings with direct supervisor to evaluate job performance through OFFTEC’s appraisal system
· Facilitates monthly meeting with direct supervisor to discuss achievements, target or any customer complaint or problem
· Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales as directed / approved by direct supervisor
· Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
