- Junior Customer Success Representatives manage a queue of incoming customers and clients contacts (phone, chat, and email) and tickets on a daily basis.
- Assist merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution.
- Provide world-class customer service to our merchants to help cultivate long term relationship.
- You are the central point of contact for our customers with questions about the use and advice on problems by phone and email.
- You will analyze frequently asked questions and create a knowledgebase for them with explanatory videos, best practices and in-app guides.
- You will work closely with your colleagues from Product Management, Customer Success Management and Sales to understand customer needs, integrate product feedback into new solutions and increase customer satisfaction.
- Through your empathic and conscientious manner, our customers experience the perfect customer experience regardless of whether you have been working with the company for a long time or are just taking your first steps
