- Monitor submissions of approved overtime. Review and ensure accuracy of approved overtime.
- Calculating employee work hours.
- Calculate bonuses and allowances.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure statutory deductions and any other taxes are made by the local Law.
- Responsible for the coordination of efforts between Human resources, Finance, compliance and other departments in payroll related issues.
- Preparing payroll reports.
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- All issues related to attendance & payroll.
