JOB DESCRIPTION
Contribute to EcoSec activities at sub -delegation level
Plan, organize, implement, and monitor all economic security related activities (related to Cash Transfer Program or any other program) throughout Mafraq governorate or any other governorate as assigned mostly independently (75% field / 25 % office work)
With guidance from EcoSec Delegate, contribute to the set up and application of assessment and monitoring systems and evaluations including: assessment tool development, organizing data collection exercise, participate directly in the data collection, recording, analysis and reporting of assessment data.
Acts as a focal person for and manages independently the EcoSec Assessment Tools database in the Sub Delegation.
Provide training and coaching to the JRCS volunteers on EcoSec related activities.
Maintain a database of screened and trained volunteers for future assessments.
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of program beneficiaries, distributed assistance, monitoring and assessment visits
Independently produce and file technical analytical reports
Independently provide timely contribution to all internal reports (Bi-WOR, BFR, EcoSec OP, and weekly Sub Delegation report)
Record and maintain file of minutes of meetings conducted with various interlocutors in Mafraq Governorate
External relationship
Represent the ICRC at meetings with representatives of JRCS, program beneficiaries and local authorities during field trips.
Take part and develop working relationship with members of Livelihoods, Cash. Winterization, Food security and Nutrition humanitarian community in Mafraq Governorate.
Support of the EcoSec Delegate
Provision of daily support to the EcoSec Delegate, including representation towards other departments, oral and written translation, advising on social-economic trends, livelihood activities, local cultural standards and program adjustments.
Represent and report on behalf of the EcoSec Delegate during his/absence in the Sub Delegation Coordination meetings
Participate in the designing of potential responses within EcoSec operational strategy.
