The Reporting Technical Assistant will support the Team Leaders in the management of the data generated from distributions and facilitate reporting and consolidation of analysis and statistics.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
The following is a brief description of the role.
Generic responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work- and Professional Development Plan.
• Develops own weekly activity planning.
Specific responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, the phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly. The line manager drafts the specific responsibilities and sends them to his/her line manager for approval.
• Archiving and filing of all distribution documents upon completion after consolidation between various teams and in coordination with the Team Leader
• Support the distribution team with the scheduling and planning of staffing tables
• Management of database and tracking sheets and generation of final distribution reports
• Monitor the data input on the master reporting sheet
• Support the Team Leader with the minutes of internal meetings
