• Prospects Creation:
1. Research all relevant resources, i.e., Web, NP, Directories, etc…for new accounts to potentially convert them into relevant prospects.
2. Gather all necessary information needed to create a prospect. i.e., company name, size, type, industry, DMs, etc…, and update on CRM.
3. Convert CRM existing records into relevant qualified prospects.
4. Assign Prospects through CRM to the right sales channel/function
5. Cover all markets as per the assigned territory
• Outbound Leads Creation:
1. Convert key prospects to leads by calling, creating interest & exciting the targeted Decision Maker about Unifonic.
2. Get commitment on estimated availability for the sales rep upcoming call/meeting
3. Send the targeted direct email after the completion of the call an introductory email along with company profile.
4. Create the lead on CRM supported with all relevant details.
• Inbound Leads Verification & Creation:
1. Identify, and mark the source of lead
2. In coordination with DQM, verify all necessary needed criteria to convert it into qualified lead.
3. Assist in qualifying the DM who initiated the contact, and update CRM
4. In coordination with DQM, assign lead through CRM to the right sales channel based on round robin rotation schedule.
• Systems Related Aspects:
1. Update CRM with as much data as possible even if the fields are not marked as mandatory
2. Follow up on your created prospects/leads, and make sure they were handled by sales within defined timeframe
3. Managing the integrity & unity of CRM, and report any abuse or misalignment
