Based on ITEC Organization Structure, the QC Team Leader is reporting to the QC section Head and performs the following job activities:
- To control any Quality matters in the software development process (i.e. testing, bug records, develop and execute test cases).
- Monitor and assist the Quality team and their deliverables within the project to assure successful delivery within time, scope, quality.
- Apply the UAT with users/customers to obtain sign off from each release .
- Verifying test cases, bugs and any quality output.
- Write up release report/ release notes.
- Write up and update test cases based on Software Requirement documents (SRS, FSD).
- Define the scope of testing within each release/phase.
- Create test plan document.
- Define and ensure the proper setting and configuration of the test environment.
- Asses and measure the quality of the project deliverables at key milestones, and raise alerts if quality level in not appropriate.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness to mitigate potential risks.
- Share all types of knowledge with different team members.
